Assume 1 guy's 1 day's work = x ,

1 girl's 1 day's work = y

4x + 6y = 1/8 , 3x + 7y = 1/10.

After solving the eqution we gat ths value of x = 11/400

y = 1/400

10 girl's 1 days work = 1/400 * 10 = 1/40

so 10 girl's complete the task in 40 days
